No, we do not.

Can I get service today?

Typically we are booked out at least a few weeks. We do our best to accommodate emergency calls, however some seasons and times of the year are very busy. For instance, the first few really cold weeks of the winter, we typically get inundated with no-heat calls. Even working overtime, we can’t always get to all of them the day of the call. When possible, we recommend having critical components of your house’s infrastructure like furnaces, boilers, and AC serviced yearly to lessen the chance of needing to make that emergency call.

Is there someone available on the weekends?

On weekends, we only do emergency work. Just like with our weekday emergency service, we do our best to accommodate emergency calls, however some seasons and times of the year are very busy. For instance, the first few really cold weeks of the winter we typically get inundated with no-heat calls. Even working overtime we can’t always get to all of them the day they call. When possible we recommend having critical components of your house’s infrastructure like furnaces, boilers, and AC serviced yearly to try to avoid you having to make that emergency call.
